
Linwood Robert Lovett is from Statesboro, Georgia where he graduated from Statesboro High School.
Bob earned a Bachelor of Sciences degree majoring in Economics with a minor in Geology in 1981 from the University of Georgia. He received his Juris Doctorate from the Walter F. George School of Law at Mercer University in 1985. While at Mercer, Bob participated in the Moot Court Board, Trial Practice Competition, and served as a student mentor for the freshman Legal Writing Course.
Bob has practiced in state and federal courts, including the United States Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit. His focus is on litigation, with 100% of his practice devoted to litigating in the following areas:
